I called H-1 last minute, hoping they'd be able to take my car for an oil change right then. They worked me in immediately and had me out of there in 40 minutes! The customer service was excellent and the facility was very comfortable (they even have good quality coffee!). I appreciated the fact they asked me before they did any kind of service outside of an oil change, and that they had a "deferred" list, where non-critical issues are tracked for future inspections.

Honestly, it was the most courteous, hospitable service center experience I've had, EVER! They will definitely get my business again!!
