I called H-1 last minute, hoping they'd be able to take my car for an oil change right then. They worked me in immediately and had me out of there in 40 minutes! The customer service was excellent and the facility was very comfortable (they even have good quality coffee!). I appreciated the fact they asked me before they did any kind of service outside of an oil change, and that they had a "deferred" list, where non-critical issues are tracked for future inspections.
Always efficient, professional, waiting area is spotless. I'm very confident in their abilities to diagnose and resolve.
Loved how you communicated with me about my car and didn't "talk down" to me about the process! I was a name not a number which is rare these days-loved the personalized service. Dennis and Alan were great, as was Marcus, Jordan and the friendly man at the front desk (I didn't catch his name!). The place was clean and friendly and I felt like I could trust what the guys were telling me about my car and to me, this is very important.
